Our story

How to make a Momo Nest

It started with a craving. It grew into a family tradition. And today, it's becoming something much bigger.

You'll need

Method

  1. Gather the family in the kitchen. If you want momos, you have to help make them too.
  2. Share them with friends. Watch their faces when they take the first bite.
  3. Dream of a food business of your own. Register a food truck in London, then let life have other plans.
  4. Move to Coventry and keep believing, even when the right spot won't fall into place.
  5. Try every momo in town. When you can't find the one you're looking for, make it yourselves.
  6. Serve premium momo without the premium price, at West Orchards and Gosford Street.

Chef's note

Great food brings people together. And great taste should never have to come at an unreasonable price. We hope that one day, somewhere in a completely different city, this becomes a tradition of your own.
